Injury Collision on US 119 in Baxter, Ky

(Baxter, Ky.) -- On 6/14/09 at 1:50 p.m. Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan responded to an injury crash on US 119 in Baxter, KY. The operator of Unit 1, Michelle Miniard age 23 of Bledsoe, KY was traveling south on US 119. The operator of Unit 2, Pearl Osborne age 78 was stopped in traffic in the southbound lane of US 119. The operator of Unit 1 did not see the traffic stopped and rear ended Unit 2. A passenger in Unit 2, Mona Osborne, was transported by Harlan EMS to Harlan ARH for minor injury. This injury crash is still under investigation by Trooper Bryan Johnson of Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan.
