Burglary Arrest in Knox County
Date of News Release: 02/17/2009
(Corbin, KY) - On 2/11/2009 at 11:00 p.m. four subjects and a small child entered Lynn Camp High School through a back door that was left unlocked due to a power outage earlier that day. Once inside the subjects took basketball equipment and a video camera for a total value of $1,400.00 during the burglary of the school. As of 2/16/09, one arrest has been made; Brian Mills, age 20 of Gray, KY who was charged with Burglary 3rd degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300.00. Mr. Mills was lodged in the Knox County Jail. Charges are pending for the three remaining subjects as well as charges for endangering the welfare of a minor. This case is still under investigation by Trooper Jay Sowders of Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan.
