Arrest Made in Coal Run, KY

Date of News Release: 06/27/2008

(Pikeville, KY)- Post 09 received a complaint of an intoxicated male subject in inside the Coal Run McDonalds. Upon arrival at the scene, Sergeant Darren Stapleton located and arrested the intoxicated subject. Upon searching Eric Bailey (subject), a bag of Marijuana was located and $995.00 in case in small denominations. Upon searching the vehicle that Eric Bailey had been a passenger in, 969 pills were located inside a plastic container. Eric Bailey was charged with trafficking 2^nd degree, Trafficking 3^rd degree, Public Intoxication and Marijuana Possession. Eric Bailey was lodged in the Pike County Detention Center.
