Two Escapees from Transitions INC were Apprehend

Date of News Release: 11/19/2008

(Richmond, KY) - Acting on a tip from Sergeant Jeremy Murrell, Unit 146 from Post 6, units from Post 7 were able to apprehend two male subjects that had recently escaped from the Transition House in Ashland, KY.

Donnie brown, 12/20/87 and Anthony Lykins, 3/1/84, were located at North Main Trailer Park in Winchester, KY and arrested without incident. Trooper Doug Cole, Unit 730 was the arresting officer and was assisted on scene by Sergeant Jeremy Murrell and Trooper John S. Felder, Unit 1037 along with the Clark County Sheriff's Office and the Winchester Police Department. The subjects were lodged in the Clark County Detention Center.
