Additional Arrest Made in Murders of Ryan Shangraw and Bo Upton

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond, has arrested an additional suspect in connection with the February 2002 Lincoln County murders of Ryan Shangraw and Bo Upton. The suspect was a juvenile at the time of the murders and the name will not be released. Due to the sensitive nature of this case and the ongoing status, no further details will be released at this time. The suspect was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail.
