Estill County Murder Investigation

Date of News Release: 05/13/2008

(Richmond, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7 Richmond is currently investigating the murder of Ricky L. Horn, age 48 of Ravenna. At approximately 6:56 p.m. the victim was found deceased by family members at his residence. Foul play is suspected and the cause of death will be determined by the State Medical Examiner's Office.
