Fatal Collision on KY 32 in Nicholas County
Date of News Release: 12/10/2008
(Dry Ridge, KY) - On December 10, 2008 at approximately 1530 hours, Kentucky State Police responded to a multiple vehicle fatality accident approximately 2 miles east of Carlisle on KY32. The collision involved two passenger vehicles traveling in opposite directions. The two subjects in the vehicle traveling eastbound were both pronounced dead at the scene by the Nicholas County Coroner, William Clark. The operator of the vehicle was Timothy A. Mitchell, 23 years of age from Carlisle. The passenger was Brittany Ray Dawn-Ruble, 18 years of age from Carlisle. The operator of the second vehicle, traveling westbound was driven by Kenneth Wallace, 63 years of age from Carlisle. Mr. Wallace was transported to the Nicholas County Hospital were he sustained non-life threatening injuries. The accident is currently under investigation by Trooper Dwayne Ison and Detective Kevin Flick.
