News Release

Bank Robbery - Farmers National Bank - Falmouth, KY

Date of News Release: 08/06/2008

(Dry Ridge, KY) - The Kentucky State Police, Pendleton County Sheriff and the Falmouth Police Department responded to an armed robbery that occurred this morning at the Farmers National Bank at 215 West Shelby Street in Falmouth. At approximately 0940hrs this morning a lone white male entered the bank stating that he had a pistol demanding money. The suspect fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money heading towards Main Street in Falmouth. The suspect is approximately 6 ft in height with a light, brown go-tee, believed to be in his early 30's. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and a navy blue ball cap with a red and white patch in front stating "Dickies". Anyone with information regarding this bank robbery, please contact the Kentucky State Police, Post 6 Dry Ridge at 859-428-1212 or 800-222-5555. The case is under investigation by Kentucky State Police Detective Chris Jaskowiak with the assistance of the Boone County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigative Unit.
