Update to the Bank Robbery Investigation in Corinth, KY

Date of News Release: 03/13/2008

(Dry Ridge, KY) - On Thursday, March 13, 2008 at approximately 1121 hours, the Kentucky State Police Post 6 in Dry Ridge responded to an Armed Robbery at Forcht Bank at 1205 Owenton Road in Corinth, Kentucky. At approximately 1120 hours, the suspect entered the bank with a knife, demanding the teller to give him all of the money. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 - 35 years of age, approximately 5'10" in height, with dark hair, possibly below the ear in length, slender build, and approximately 150-170 lbs. The suspect was wearing a dark blue sweatshirt with light yellow and green lettering indicating, "University of Notre Dame" which also contained large letters in the middle indicating, "ND". The suspect was wearing a blue bandana, partially obscuring his face. The suspect left the bank on foot and may have gotten into a dark colored, older model, S-10 type vehicle to flee the area. The case is currently under investigation by Detective Fred Scroggins with the Kentucky State Police.

(Dry Ridge, KY) - A male subject robbed a bank in Corinth, KY at approximately 1120 hours on 3/13/08. He is described at being a white male, blue bandana around his face, black hair, blue Notre Dame Sweatshirt and jeans. Possible vehicle is a black S10, older model, short bed.
