DUI Fatal Collision Investigation and Arrest

(Campbellsburg, KY) - On Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 1:40 P.M. the Kentucky State Police charged Matthew N. Miles from Sparta, Kentucky with Murder and DUI 1^st Aggravated. Miles was arrested at the Gallatin County Sheriffs Office on a warrant issued by the Gallatin County grand jury in response to an on going investigation that was initiated on November 3, 2007. The investigation began when the Kentucky State Police responded to a two vehicle fatal collision on U.S. 127 just north of Glencoe, Kentucky.

The case remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police Trooper Dusty Corbin.
