Fatal Collision on Rowletts Cave Springs Road in Hart County

Date of News Release: 12/21/2008

(Bowling Green, Ky.) - Theresa Spencer was traveling east on Rowletts Cave Springs Road. Ms. Spencer's vehicle veered off the right hand shoulder of the roadway and struck a tree head on. Passenger (Sarah Spencer) was air lifted to the University of Louisville Hospital and on this date (12/20/2008) succumbed to her injuries. Theresa Spencer was transported last date (12/21/2008) by EMS to Hardin Memorial Hospital for non life-threatening injuries. Investigation is ongoing.
