Fatal Collision on William Natcher Parkway in Warren County

Date of News Release: 11/12/2008

(Bowling Green, KY) - David Briggs Sr., was southbound on William Natcher Parkway when his vehicle made a sharp turn to the right causing the vehicle to travel down an earth embankment. The vehicle began to overturn and came to final rest on its top trapping the driver inside the cab of the truck. David Briggs Sr., was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office. An autopsy is pending. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this accident. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Further details are not being released at this time.
