Update to the Injury (Fatal) Collision on Russellville Road in Warren County

(Bowling Green, KY) - Danny Fox was pronounced dead at 1645 hours on 10/16/2008 at Vanderbilt Hospital.

Date of News Release: 10/01/2008

(Bowling Green, KY) - Danny Fox was east bound in the left lane on Russellville Road when he fell asleep. The vehicle ran off the left shoulder of the roadway into the median, crossed both westbound lanes, & came to final rest in the right westbound lane with the front of the vehicle partially blocking the roadway. Danny Fox was air-lifted by Air-EVAC & transported to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN where he will be treated for, what are currently believed to be, non-life threatening injuries. Investigation continues.
