Murder Investigation in Smiths Grove, KY

(Smiths Grove, KY) --The Kentucky State Police is currently investigating the Murder of Debbie R. Rediess of 460 Hays Road-North Smiths Grove, Kentucky. Ms. Rediess 46 was the victim of a homicide this Sunday morning around 7:50 a.m.

Currently the Kentucky State Police and the U.S. Marshal Service are attempting to locate and arrest Randall Creek 41 W/M of 348 Pirates Cove Bowling Green, Kentucky for the Murder of Debbie R. Rediess.

Detectives from the Kentucky State Police Post 3, through investigation believe that Mr. Creek went to Rediess' residence and was involved in a domestic violence incident. According to a witness, during the encounter Mr. Creek shot and killed his former girlfriend outside of her residence.

Mr. Creek left the scene in his 1997 Gray Ford Ranger Pick-up with some type of Military Specialty tag License is KY- 13650. Mr. Creek is believed to be wearing black fatigues and boots. Creek is described as a white male with black hair, graying on the sides. Creek is 6'2" in height and weighs approximately 220 lbs. Creek has brown eyes, and possibly a black mustache. Creek's whereabouts are unknown at this time. A warrant for his arrest for Murder has been issued. The investigation continues.
