Hart County Sex Abuse Arrest

Date of News Release: 09/09/2008

(Bowling Green) - Juvenile victim disclosed information to the Department of Community Based Services that she had been a victim of sexual abuse. DCBS contacted Kentucky State Police regarding the incident and an investigation began into the incident. Investigation, upon completion, was presented to Hart County Grand Jury andresulted in the issuance of the above listed indictments. Anthony Dale Stinson was located and lodged without incident on charges of 97 Counts of Sex Abuse 1st Degree Victim Less than 12 years old, 71 Counts of Sex Abuse 1st Degree, 2 Counts of Sodomy 1st, 2 Counts of Rape 1st, 172 Counts of Unlawful Transaction w/Minor under 16 years old 1st Degree Illegal Sex Act. Anthony Dale Stinson was lodged into the Hart County Detention Center. Further details about the investigation are not being released at this time.
