Indictment of Kevin Dunlap

Date of News Release: 11/12/2008

(Cadiz, KY) - On November 12th, a Grand Jury in Trigg County heard testimony regarding the brutal murder of three children and attempted murder of their mother in Roaring Spring that occurred on October 15th. After hearing details surrounding the investigation, the Grand Jury indicted Kevin Dunlap on multiple charges including:

• Capital Murder (3 Counts)
• Attempted Murder
• Kidnapping (4 Counts, 3 of which are Capital Offenses)
• Rape 1st Degree
• Arson 1st Degree
• Burglary 1st Degree
• Tampering with Physical Evidence (3 Counts)

An arraignment date in Trigg Circuit Court has not been scheduled at this time. Dunlap remains lodged at the Christian County Jail.
