Fatal Collision on Radio Road in Calloway County

Date of News Release: 11/07/2008

(Mayfield, KY) - Lee Roy Barnett was traveling north on Radio Road in Calloway County. For reasons unknown, Mr. Barnett's vehicle traveled off of the right side of the roadway, entering the yard of a residence, and collided with a tree. Upon Trooper Sallin's arrival, Mr. Barnett was found to be unresponsive in the vehicle. Mr. Barnett was pronounced deceased by the Calloway County Coroner. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Sallin with the Kentucky State Police.
