Illegal Alcohol Sales in Mayfield, Kentucky

Date of News Release: 11/01/2008

(Mayfield, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 1 executed a search warrant on the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #2278 located at 270 State Route 131 in Mayfield, Kentucky. The search warrant was based on an investigation by Trooper Byron White for illegal alcohol sales on the premises. The search resulted in confiscation of multiple alcoholic beverages and gambling equipment. The investigation is continuing by Trooper White and charges are pending at this time. Kentucky State Police was assisted by the Kentucky Department of Alcohol Beverage Control and the Graves County Sheriff's Office.
