Injury Collision on I-24 in Marshall County

Date of News Release: 10/24/2008

(Mayfield, KY) -Mr. Argenia Santana-Ocana was traveling Westbound on I-24 when the rear axle of his vehicle broke and the left rear wheel became detached. Mr.Santana-Ocana lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn several times. It came to rest in the median at the location above. Mr. Santana-Ocana and passenger were admitted to to Lourdes Hospital. Trooper Green was assisted on the scene by Trooper Jon Pagan, Marshall County EMS, and the Possum-Trot Sharpe Fire Department.
