Medical Examiner Ruling in Fire Investigation in Roaring Spring, KY

(Roaring Spring, KY) - An autopsy was performed in Madisonville, KY today on Kortney and Ethan Frensley. The Medical Examiner ruled that both were a homicide. Our investigation continues at the scene.

(Roaring Spring, KY) - Kentucky State Police have released the names of the three children who died in Trigg County Wednesday night. They are 17-year-old Kayla Williams, 14-year-old Kortney Frensley, and five-year-old Ethan Frensley, all of whom are siblings. The autopsies are being conducted today on both Kortney and Ethan. An update will be sent when autopsy results are released.

(Roaring Spring, KY) - On October 16th an autopsy was performed on one of the victims in Madisonville, KY. The Medical Examiner ruled that the death a homicide. Currently an autopsy is pending on the 2nd victim and recovery effects are underway for the third victim at the scene. Kentucky State Police are still withholding all names until family notification is completed. Troopers and Detectives will remain on the scene throughout the night.

(Roaring Spring, KY) - After further investigation, there have been a total of three people found deceased at the residence and another individual who was removed from the scene and transported for medical treatment whose condition is unknown at this time. The cause of the fire is still under investigation and cause of death still has not been determined. At this time all names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

(Roaring Spring, KY) - Kentucky State Police is currently conducting an investigation of a residential fire in the Roaring Springs community of Trigg County. At this time one injured person has been removed from the residence and one subject has been located deceased. Investigators are still on scene and further information will be released when it is available. At this time all names are being withheld due to notification of next of kin.
