Injury Collision on KY 272 in Trigg County

Date of News Release: 10/11/2008

(Mayfield, KY) - Margie Ellis was leaving her driveway and turning left to go eastbound on KY 272, when she failed to see Unit 2 who was traveling westbound. Margie Ellis' vehilce pulled into the path of Ashley Hendricks' vehicle. The front of Ms. Hendricks' vehicle struck the left front portion of Ms. Ellis' vehilce. Ms. Ellis and her passenger (Gary Ellis) were transported by Trigg County ambulance to Jenny Stewart Medical Center in Hopkinsville. Ms. Hendricks was traveling with four minor children, but no one sustained any injuries. KSP was assisted by Trigg Co. EMS, Trigg Co. Rescue Squad and East Golden Pond Fire Dept.
