Injury Collision on KY 384 in Graves County

Date of News Release: 10/06/2008

(Mayfield, KY) - Both Leon Vaughn and Levi Hosteleter were traveling eastbound on KY 384 near Dublin when Mr. Vaughn failed to see Mr. Hosteleter and they collided. Leon Vaughn was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by private vehicle where he was later released. Levi Hosteleter was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by Mayfield-Graves County Ambulance Service where he was treated and then transferred to Western Baptist Hospital. Levi Hosteleter was cited into court for Failure to display slow moving emblem. Mayfield-Graves County Ambulance Service assisted Kentucky State Police on scene. The investigation is continuing with Tpr Alison Wommer.
