September Activity Report From Post 1

(Hickory, KY) The Kentucky State Police Post One Activity Report for the month of September is as follows:

Post One Mayfield covers the 11 counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken and Trigg. As of today, there have been 52 people killed in fatal collisions in the Post One area. Of those who died, 28 were not wearing a seatbelt. During the same period in 2007, there were 52 people killed in the Post One area. Statewide, to date, there have been 578 people killed compared to 654 in 2007.
