Injury Vehicle Collision at the Intersection of SR 408 & Meridian Road

Date of News Release: 05/24/2008

(Hickory, KY) - Ms. Stephanie Ballard was at the southbound stop sign on Meridian Road. Mr. Chester Chapman was eastbound on SR 408. Ms. Ballard pulled into the path of Mr. Chapman, and he was unable to avoid the collision and struck Ms. Ballard in the front right side of her vehicle. Both occupants (Stephanie Ballard & Hailey Jones) of Ms. Ballard's vehicle were transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for minor injuries. Trooper Fields was assisted at the scene by the Graves County Sheriff Office and the West Viola Fire Department.
