Injury Collision on KY 56 W in Union County

Date of News Release: 09/13/2008

(Henderson, KY) - Page Rose was travelling eastbound on KY 56 W when she experienced a blackout. Ms. Rose's vehicle left the roadway striking an embankment causing her 1999 Chevrolet passenger car to overturn. As a result of the accident Ms. Rose was trapped in the vehicle. Morganfield Rescue and Union County Fire Department responded to extricate Page so she could be transported by ambulance to Union County Methodist Hospital.
