Double Fatal Collison on Louie B. Nunn Parkway

(Columbia, KY) - Kayleigh Horn, age 18, of Berea, was traveling westbound on Louie B. Nunn Parkwa when her 1989 Nissan dropped off the shoulder of the roadway. Ms. Horn overcorrected and crossed both westbound lanes, then overturned. Ms. Horn was not belted and was ejected from the vehicle. Ms. Horn was transported to the Russell County Hospital where she was pronounced deceased by Russell County Coroner Larry Skaggs. A passenger in the vehicle, Kathleen Devasher, age 57, of Russellville, was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner Skaggs. It is unknown if Ms. Davasher was belted at the time of the collision. The collision is being investigated by Trooper Mike Woodrum.
