Update to the Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women Escapee

Kentucky State Police (Post 12 Frankfort) - The Louisville Metro Police Department apprehended Anita Thomas on Friday, November 14, 2008 in the Louisville area.

Kentucky State Police (Post 12 Frankfort) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of an inmate from the Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women in Pee Wee Valley. On Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 9:21 PM Anita Thomas escaped. The escapee is from the Louisville areas.

Anita Thomas, DOB 08/02/1964, white female, 160 pounds, 5'5", brown hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing khaki colored scrubs or sweat suit.

The Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information of the whereabouts of Anita Thomas contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 or your local law enforcement agency.
