Meth Lab Investigation and Arrest in Spencer County

Date of News Release: 06/22/2008

(Post 12 Frankfort) - At 2000 hours Troopers responded to 1061 Van Dyke Mill Road in Spencer County to serve a warrant. Upon investigation, Troopers discovered an active meth lab. Veronica Marshall was arrested and charged with Possession of Firearm by Felon. Larry Luttrell was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine & Possession of Firearm by Felon. Steven K Vest was arrested & charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine & Possession of Firearm by Felon. All three were lodged in the Shelby County Jail. Additional charges for Mr, Vest are Possession of Controlled Substance Meth, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, Prescription Controlled Substance Not In Proper Container & Trafficking in Controlled Substance Meth.
