Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women Escapee

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of an inmate from the Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women in Pee Wee Valley. On Sunday, March 23, 2008 at 11:00 AM Amanda L. Crenshaw escaped. The escapee has family in the Louisville and New Albany IN areas. There also is a possibility that she may be traveling to an unknown destination in Mexico.
The Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information of the whereabouts of Amanda L. Crenshaw to contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 or your local law enforcement agency.
Amanda L. Crenshaw D.O.B. 10-25-82, white female, 135 pounds, 5'5", brown hair, brown eyes.
