Trafficking In Marijuana Arrest in Simpsonville
Date of News Release: 03/17/2008
(Frankfort, KY) - On Thursday March 13, 2008, Troopers and Detectives from Post 12 Frankfort and Post 4 Elizabethtown conducted a controlled delivery of 15 pounds of marijuana.
A search warrant was executed at 191 Lincoln Station Drive in Simpsonville, KY, where 15 pounds of processed marijuana was recovered. Kentucky State Police arrested Neftaly Aguilar Jr., age 33 of Simpsonville, KY.
Neftaly Aguilar Jr. has been charged with Trafficking in Marijuana over 5 Pounds, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Identity Theft and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. He was lodged in the Shelby Co. Detention Center. Investigation on going by Kentucky State Police.
