Injury Collision I-75 in Scott County

Date of News Release: 02/22/2008

(Frankfort, KY) - A tractor-trailer was southbound on I-75 in Scott County at mile marker 130. A van traveling in front of the tractor-trailer lost control on the icy roadway. The driver of the tractor-trailer took evasive action to avoid striking the van. He lost control striking the concrete center wall. The tractor-trailer overturned with the trailer riding on top of the concrete wall spilling its load on the southbound and northbound lanes of I-75. The driver (James E. Bundy) was take to the Georgetown Community Hospital.
