Bootlegging Investigation and Arrest in Clay County

(London, KY) - On Thursday October 16, 2008 at approximately 6:59 PM the Kentucky State Police Post 11 in London and the Manchester Police Department conducted an investigation into possible bootlegging activity at the Moose Club on KY 11, 1 mile south of Manchester, KY.
During the investigation officers discovered and confiscated a large quantity of alcoholic beverages at the club.
Trooper Josh Wilson arrested Robert Isom, 55, of Manchester on the charge of Illegal Sale of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Dry Territory and lodged him in the Clay County Detention Center.
Trooper Wilson is in charge of the investigation and was assisted by the Manchester Police Department.
