Video Voyeurism Arrest in Morehead, KY

Date of News Release 04/25/07

(Morehead, KY) - On Apri1 24, 2007 units from the Kentucky State Police Post in Morehead responded to a complaint of possible voyeurism on Christy Creek in Morehead, KY. A digital type camera and wireless transmitter was located in a closet of a residence. After further investigation it was found that the camera was used to watch the people who lived at address without their knowledge. David Cox, 54, of Morehead was arrested and charged with Video Voyeurism, a Class D felony.
