Fatal House Fire Investigation in Pendleton County
Date of News Release: 05/06/2007
(Dry Ridge, KY) - At 0247 hours today, Kentucky State Police Post 6 responded to a structure fire at 60 Chad Lane, in Pendleton County. Trooper Scott Lengle arrived and discovered that the residence was almost fully engulfed by fire. Trooper Lengle entered the residence and located a male individual in a hallway. Trooper Lengle evacuated the male to the outside of the residence, but was unable to locate a pulse. Medical attention was provided at the scene by Pendleton County Emergency Medical Services, but was unsuccessful. The male was identified as William S. Northcutt III, age 31. The incident is under investigation by State Police Detective Chris Jaskowiak and Arson Investigator Curtis Combs of Post 6, Dry Ridge, with the assistance of the State Fire Marshal's Office.
