Injury Collision on Lyons Station Road in Larue County

Date of News Release: 10/15/2007

(Elizabethtown, KY) - Unit 1 (Juvenile driver) was traveling North on Lyons Station Road and ran off onto the North bound shoulder of the road. The operator of Unit 1 lost control of the vehicle and crossed over onto the South bound shoulder of the road where the operator of Unit 1 overcorrected causing Unit 1 to again cross over onto the North bound shoulder of the road where Unit 1 overturned and ejected the passenger (Juvenile) of the vehicle. Both were admitted to the University of Louisville.
