Sex Abuse Investigation & Criminal Arrest in Hart County

Date of News Release: 03/12/2007

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - James Hodge was indicted by the Hart County Grand Jury for Sodomy - 1st degree, Possession of a controlled substance - 1st degree, & persistent felony offender - 2nd degree as a result of an ongoing murder investigation into the death of Brandy Waffird. James Hodge remains lodged in the Hart County Jail on a $200,000 cash bond.
