Stolen Vehicle Recovery and Drug Arrest in Warren County

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - KSP received a complaint of a stolen late 90's model Ford Mustang at the Boiling Springs Road. Upon arrival contact was made with Gary Hoffart who consented to a search of the garage were the vehicle was reportedly being stored. The subject advises a friend brought the vehicle to him to store about six months ago. After the vehicle was determined stolen a search warrant was obtained for Mr. Hoffard's residence. The search of the residence produced a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia associated with methamphetamine use. Robert Donohoe and Kermit Benson were arrested during the investigation for possession of a controlled substance.
