Hart County Drug Arrest /p>

Date of News Release: 01/09/2007

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Gregory Garrett was stopped for speeding and failing to wear a seatbelt. During the stop, the driver was arrested for DUI. Once the suspect was placed into custody a search of his vehicle was conducted. During the course of the search of the vehicle, 20 grams of marijuana and a set was scales were located. Gregory Garrett was lodged in the Hart County Jail on the Tampering w/physical evidence, Trafficking Marijuana less than 8 oz., Poss. Drug Paraphernalia, Poss. of Marijuana, Refusal of Chemical Test, DUI 1st, No Insurance, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Speeding charges without further incident.
