At 9:20AM, Trooper Gregory advised post he was in pursuit Northbound on U.S. 45. The pursuit continued into McCracken County at speeds in excess of 90-MPH. The McCracken County Sheriff's Department joined the pursuit at KY 999. Immediately thereafter the truck crossed the median and struck a southbound Ford mini-van driven by 37-year-old John M.
