Retaliating Against a Participant in a Legal Process Arrest

(Mayfield, KY) - After an investigation, Harold W. Arnett, 52 year of age of Mayfield, was arrested and charged with two counts of Retaliating Against a Participant in a Legal Process. These charges stem from vandalism against two subjects that are currently witnesses in an unrelated legal action involving Arnett. Retaliating against a participant in a legal process is a class D felony, punishable by up to five years in prison. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Dean Patterson.
