Escapee from the Paducah Community Service Center
Date of News Release: 08/06/2007
(PADUCAH, KY) At approximately 8:03 PM, Kentucky State Police was notified of an escapee from the Paducah Community Service Center, a halfway house located on N 7th street in Paducah, KY. The suspect, Billy J Wilkins JR, 27 year-old Paducah native, is described as a black male, 5'10" tall, weighing approximately 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and gray sweatpants. Mr. Wilkins was originally charged with, Fleeing and Evading, Tampering with Physical Evidence, 2 counts of Trafficking Marijuana (8oz to 5lbs), Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st (drug unspecified).
