Fatal Crash on KY 94 in Calloway County

Date of News Release: 07/16/2007

(Calloway County) - Jami Mills was traveling west bound on KY 94 approaching a 4-way intersection where Stephen McReynolds was at a stopped position. Stephen McReynolds, according to witnesses, proceeded through a green light and was side impacted by Jami Mills' vehicle who failed to stop at the light. Jami Mills' vehicle came to final rest on the south side of KY 94 and Stephen McReynolds's vehicle came to final rest in the travel portion of KY 94.

The Calloway County Coroners Office pronounced Stephen McReynolds dead on scene.

Murray-Calloway County Ambulance Service, Murray Police and Fire Departments, Calloway County Rescue and Sheriff's Department and the Calloway County Coroners Office assisted Kentucky State Police on scene. Investigation continues with Tpr. Tim Sales, Accident Reconstructionist.
