Arson 2nd Investigation & Arrest

(Mayfield, KY.) - The Kentucky State Police investigated an arson fire located on KY 286 in West Paducah in March of 2006. After a year long investigation Diana Lynn Albert, owner of the residence was charged by Kentucky State Police Arson Investigator Frank Gresham with Arson 2nd, Fraudulent Insurance Acts O/$300, Burning Personal Property to Defraud Insurer, and Wanton Endangerment 1st. Sixty-one year old Albert remains lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center on the afore mention charges as well as other unrelated felonious charges. Bond was set at $80,000.00 cash by District Judge Tony Kitchen. The investigation continues by Arson Investigator Frank Gresham.
