KSP Looking For Escape Inmate
Date of News Release: 04/05/2007
(Paducah, KY) - The Kentucky State Police are investigating the escape of an inmate from the KCI-Paducah halfway house on South 7th Street. At approximately 8:40 PM on April 4th the facility reported an activated fire alarm at which time it was discovered 34 year old David B. New was not accounted for. New is described a 6´01", 240 LB White Male with blue eyes and a shaved head. No clothing description is available. New is believed to be en-route to the Elizabethtown or Radcliff, KY areas. He was originally incarcerated for Flagrant Non-Support, 2 counts of Bail Jumping, and Persistent Felony Offender.
