KSP Looking For an Escapee in McCracken County

(Hickory, KY.) - On February 8,2007 the Paducah Community Service Center, a Halfway House in McCracken Co, contacted the Kentucky State Police in reference to an escapee. Employees of the facility stated that at approximately 8:45 p.m. inmate Joshua Winningham had escaped from the facility. Mr. Winningham is a 25 year old white male 5'5 and weighing 150 pounds. Mr. Winningham has brown hair; green eyes, and was last seen wearing a red flannel coat, tan pants, brown hat, and tennis shoes. Mr. Winningham was being held on a charge for manufacturing methamphetamine. Mr. Winningham is possibly enroute to an address at 200 Valley Drive in Earlington, KY.
