Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree in Hickman County

Date of News Release: 01/05/2007

(Hickman County) - On 01-05-2007 at 1:40AM, Troopers Clifton, Miller and Gregory had information a wanted person was at a residence on KY. 1868 in Hickman County. Troopers made contact with people at the residence who stated the individual was not there and invited the troopers in to search the residence. Once inside, troopers found small amounts of marijuana and methamphetamine in plain view. Troopers detained three individuals and secured the residence while obtaining a search warrant. The search warrant was executed at 5:10AM with troopers finding additional drug paraphernalia and $120.00 cash.

Troopers arrested Ricky Tynes JR., and charged hi with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st-Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, Joshua Lyman and charged him with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st-Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st, and Amanda Reichert and charged her with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st-Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st all of Graves County. Hickman County Attorney Sue Ellen Morris and Circuit Judge Tim Langford assisted state police with this case. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Thomas Clifton.
