Theft and Possible Scam Investigation in Adair County

(Columbia, KY) - Kentucky State Police received a call from an area business of a subject who is soliciting to analyze businesses and representing that he has potential buyers for that business. Suspect represents the Accord Group out of Orlando, Florida and is currently under investigation for theft by deception for allegedly taking money for services and then disappearing. Anyone with information or any contact with subject representing the Accord Group should contact Trooper James Richard with the Kentucky State Police at 270-384-4796 or 800-222-5555 (in the state of Kentucky only, does not work out of state).
