Pedestrian Struck on KY 163 in Metcalfe County
Date of News Release: 10/09/07
(Columbia, KY) - On October 9, 2007, at 6:15 a.m., Jeremy S. Carlisle of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, was attempting to cross the northbound lane of KY 163 to board the school bus. A vehicle being operated by Charles S. English was traveling northbound and struck Jeremy Carlisle as he was crossing KY 163. The school bus stop sign had not been deployed prior to student crossing the road.
