4 Burkesville Resident Charged With Murder

Date of News Release: 07/25/07

(Columbia, KY) - On July 19, 2007 Cumberland County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals and charged them with the death of a 14 year of age juvenile that occurred in May of 2006.

On July 23rd 2007 two individuals were arrested and the others were arrested on July 24 2007.

Arrested was Mark L. Riley, white male, age 41 of Burkesville, Teresa G. Riley white female age 45 of Burkesville, James Cleary white male age 40 of Burkesville and Lavonda L. Garmer white female age 34 of Burkesville.

Det Kevin Hunt is investigating this case.
