Drug Roundup in Clinton County

(Columbia, KY) - After a 7 month joint investigation of illegal drug trafficking in Clinton County,the Kentucky State Police and the Albany police department served several indictment warrants. The following individuals were arrested on March 8, 2007, for various drug offenses:

1. Kelly Guffey Beaty, age 28, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
2. Donnie Lee ,age 32, 3 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
3. Marcus Booher, age 25, 1 count of Trafficking in Legend Drug,2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance, 1 count of Complicity to Traffic in a Control Substance
4. Vickie Bowlin, age 49, 1 count of Trafficking in a Controled Substance, and 1 count of Complicity to Trafficking in a Controled Substance
5. Nicolas Cash, age 28, Trafficking in a Controled Subastance, and PFO 1st

6. Danny Copeland, age 53, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance, and 1 count of Trafficking within 1000 yds of a school
7. Sandra Copeland, age 57, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
8. Issac Dalton Sr, age 47, 1 count of Trafficking in a Controled Substance, and 1 count of Trafficking within 1000yds of a school
9. Robert Dalton, age 38, 3 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance,2 counts of Trafficking within 1000 yds of a school
10. Beth Fenner, age 53, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
11. Steven Fenner, age 20, 3 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
12. Angela Frazho, age 29, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
13. Richard Guthrie, age 35, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
14. Jessie Hobbs, age 29, Trafficking in a Controled Substance , and PFO 2nd
15. Barry Hunt, age 37, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance
16. Jessee Kean, age 50, 2 counts of Trafficking in Marijuana within a 1000 yds of a school
17. Bill Parrigin, age 39, Trafficking in Marijuana within a1000 yds of a school
18. Ira J. Pittman, age 49. 2 counts ofTrafficking in a Controled Subastance
19. Howard Woodson, age 62, 2 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Substance, and 1 count of Complicity to Traffic in a Controled Substance
20. Johnny Williams, age 57, Trafficking in a Controled Substance
21. Lonnie Stinson, age 55, Trafficking in a Controled Substance
22. Pamela Catron Guffey, age 30, Trafficking in a Controled Substance
23. Robert Frankie Duvall, age 45, Trafficking in a Controled Substance
24. Ronnie Byers, age 48, Trafficking in a Controled Substance
25. Lillie Tweedy, age 48, 4 counts of Trafficking in a Controled Subastance, and 2 counts of PFO 2nd
26. Lilly Dowden, age 38, Trafficking in a Controled Substance

Assisting in these arrest was the Clinton County Sheriff´s Department, the ATF and the Commonwealth Detective .

The lead investigator for the Albany Police Department was Sgt. Johnny Garner. Sgt. Garner has been on special assignment for the last 7 months working on under cover drug investigations in Clinton Co. KSP Det Scott Hammond and KSP Det Russell Decker also worked on the under cover investigation for several months.

This investigation is an ongoing effort by State and local Law Enforcement agencies to combat drug trafficking in Clinton Co and future arrest may follow. Anyone with any drug information can contact the Columbia State Police Post at 502-384-4796.

All subjects were lodged in the Clinton County jail.
